Do you need a Monitor,Keyboard and all that stuff or just the base system/tower?
Do you have an Operating system?
May i also suggest you use Overclockers UK instead,They do system builds like Pcspecilist and ive used them many times...also have a postage calculater so you can price up what postage to Ireland will be for you..If you can give your postcode i can do a build list for both sites including postage calculation costs.
Right here we go,2000 Euros is around £1700 currently.

I believe if you register on their forum,and link your forum account to your shopping account you get free shipping,Although im not 100% sure if this applies to full system builds.
I did not choose a Keyboard,Thats more of a preference thing and would be best to choose that yourself. ,If you wanted to drop that price below £1700K you could drop the 1tb hard drive and use your current Hard drive for storage etc,Or go with a smaller SSD such as 120Gb.
As for the PCSpecilist build ...i did not even bother,Their selection is poor (especially monitors)..cases are expensive..stick with Overclockers you cant go wrong.
