Pciture of Lock/Then Unlock on screen

Hello:

I hope someone can help me. I have been getting a black picture of a lock popping up on my screen, both when I am in Outlook and Explorer. It then "Pops open" to show the lock is open.

It does not happen all the time, but has popped up several times.

Any ideas?
 
What kind of computer are you using?

Try seeing if pressing the Caps Lock, Scroll Lock, or Num Lock buttons recreates the problem.
