PC to TV

Hi
I have a HP Compaq D530 SFF PC Computer, I have connected it up to my Samsung LCD tv using a VGA Monitor Cable.
So what must I do now to be able to view what is on my pc on my tv?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Change the source on the tv to PC

Also, look up all the supported resolutions for your TV and make sure the comptuer is set to one of those.

If it's not, you'll get an "Invalid Format" message or similar, and you won't see anything on the TV.
