Pc Keeps Freezing

i just recently put windows 7 a clean install on my computer hoping to fix my computer from freezing. i did get it to not freeze as much when installed but also used regcure and that helped too, but my computer still freezes i am lost i built this computer in the fall had no problems for the first 2 months maybe alittle longer and i have no idea what is going on. my computer was very fast now it just seems i cant even explore on my computer without it stopping. most of the time they are short 30 sec freezes but they are annoying can anyone please help me thanks

Have you checked for viruses, spyware, malware, etc? Sounds like thats what it is, to me at least.
 
yes i have checked all that and went from vista 32 bit to windows 7 64 bit and it still does the same thing but not as bad soon after i ran regcure and that helped too, but i still have the same problem just not as bad as when it first started in vista
