i forgot my admin password, i've tried but i can't remember. theres no other accounts. PLEASE HELP

Else, format the hard disk and reinstall XP...

you probably can get it free by other means...

1. Boot into recovery console of W2K
2. Grab c:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SAM and c:\WINDOWS\system32\config\SYSTEM and shove them onto floppies or something
3. Break the password via this program: http://www.topshareware.com/SAMInside-download-5188.htm
