Password protect printer access

Hello people,

I just got a new printer (Lexmark Z735)and i wanted to know if theres anyway i can Password protect other user accounts on my computer so they require my password to be able to print?

Because my sister keeps printing junk and its a waste of ink.

Know of any software?

If its shared from a PC right click the printer and go to properties, click security and then add. Add in all the users or groups you require to print then remove the everyone group from the list. This will stop all peple not added to the list printing.

Thanks for replying.

I do want them to be able to print from their own account but only when they ask me so i know what there printing because they print junk sometimes.

So i want it to ask for a password then when they wonna print so i can take a look and enter the password.

Do you understand what im sayin?:P

Im downloading the Print Manager Plus 6.0 Standard now and hopefully
it will work.
