Thanks my friend I do use amazon so it is ok. Is this board as good as the msi.Sorry but it does not mention compabilty with amd 640 CPU.

it is compatible with the CPU. I have heard mixed reviews on Asus quality. Most of the laptop users on this forum swears by them (like silverstone PSUs and Kingston/Corsiar ram). But they also have had some pretty bad reviews on customer service. The bard itself should be a good quality piece though.
