Pantech C520 - C150 USB cable Help

So over at my grandparents and trying to get their phone the C520 to access via usb with the C150 cable and for some reason the PC sees it but it doesn't come with any of the software needed and unable to find it on the main pantech.com site.

The software I can't find via google or main site. Can't find the key file either.

However it appears they sold them a faulty cable...it wont work. They said I need a blutooth cable or something to make it work. Typical idiots at a phone store...wish they told me I would have found something that would have worked :/

If anyone could assist...I hardly use cables for cell phones (since I don't own one) and I want to make sure next one actually works.
