I am using a DI524 router here and for some reason i cant access outlook express ,if i disconnect it I can run outlook no problems i keep getting this message
The host 'pop' could not be found. Please verify that you have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'pop', Server: 'pop', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
Is there a setting somewhere for this?

"Can't access Outlook Express"... do you mean that the program wont open/start at all when you have the router plugged in?
Or, does outlook open/start, but when you try to get your new emails, you then get that message?

Not sure i follow you.

When you have the router connected, and you run outlook...can you get your emails? Are you getting any windows/outlook error messages at this point?

When can you get messages?

if i remove the router out of the system i can get my emails no problem but when i hook in back in i click to get messages and that error comes up
