Hi all,
Went to see a customer this evening and am stumped!
In Outlook, send/receive starts sending 2 emails. However, there are no emails in the outbox. The only folders with emails in them are "inbox" and "sent".
I played with these two folders, moving their contents to other areas but still it would try and send 2 emails, the second of these emails is getting stuck. Therefore, no emails can currently be sent from Outlook.
Any thoughts please? I havent run scanpst.exe yet but not sure if that will help.
