Outdoor & Nature Pics Thread

hello CF users!
i searched for a thread where i could post outdoor / nature photos, but i couldnt find any, so i decided to start my own. ill post up ASAP with outdoor pics of my horse farm. feel free to add any outdoor / nature shots to this thread, just to show off where youve been in the great outdoors :)
 
pardon me mr. moderator...but this is an outdoor section. posting unedited pictures could be anything, but i want to create a thread dedicated to outdoors and nature. would that be okay?

Great pictures!

Lots of snow! Did you take those pictures when the sun was coming down or is it the clouds that gives you that dark look?

The unedited picture thread have been fine for these. I understand the that you wanted a thread dedicated to a certain topic, but the least you could have done was posted it in the appropriate sub forum.

cut him some slack... no one wants to run a search every single time they start a thread to make sure a similar one has never existed. its not the end of the world. the mods around here are just powertripping

That was cutting him some slack..
The guy has 356 posts, he should be pretty well established with what is in the forums and how it works. Plus what does searching have to do with anything? I don't have a problem with the post at all.
The only think irking me was that it was blatantly posted in the wrong sub forum.
I guess you don't agree, but the mods here are very reasonable.
