out of sync

when i play films etc in powerdvd and windows media player the sound is out of sync after about 5 mins. can some one tell me why this is. thanks

What kind of films do you play? DVDs? Avis? You could be missing some codecs.

Have you updated the drivers for your soundcard/integrated soundchip?

I have the same problem with Nero Showtime. Voice is out of sync, but is okay in PowerDVD, RealPlayer, and WMP10!

Happens to me when i watch a movie for 30min or so. When you watch the movie, is the CPU at 100%?
