On Board Audio Stopped Working

My 750i on board sound stopped working when I was about to start streaming music. I hover over the speaker icon, and it shows Digital Output Device as default, which isn't my default, above it, it shows a grayed out Speakers icon, which is my default. I reinstalled Realtek's drivers, and even my 750i mobo drivers, and restarted.



Any ideas?

had you changed anything or installed/changed a program that uses sound?

Have you checked to see if it is in device manager?

Uninstall the driver, reboot and let windows reinstall the driver, should set everything back to default speakers. Had the same issue a couple weeks ago on a customers computer.
