Hi, 
I have had these problems for a while and havent managed to fix it. I can't play sound view CD/DVD drives. People have been saying this problem is caused by Plug and Play Software Device Enumerator. It is 'corrupted or missing' and has the error code '39'. My CD/R-RW and DVD has the same error
.
Some of my specs are:
Prosessor: AMD Atholon
RAM: 512mb
Sound card: Sound Blaster
Speakers: Set of Creative SBS25O & Tiny CRP-50
OS: Windows XP Pro. SP2
If you have any help I would love it.
