Ok help with my sound card plz

Ok I just installed Win7 and before my upgrade from XP everything was fine but now
my sound card doesn't work so after I changed my OS I did a few research about my sound card "sound blaster pci 128" I realized that there was no driver for win7 for this card its too old.And Win7 Doesn't recognize the model but it understand that its a multimedia audio controller but he cant use it help? Someone got an idea
 
I know that there is an option in Windows 7 to run things in compatibility mode for XP. That might just be programs but there is a chance that could help
 
is there a vista driver for it avaliable? if there is id jump on that, vista and win7 essentially are the same thing, and in a tight spot i have been able to use vista drivers on win7, not a brilliant fix but it works most of the time
 
Ohhhh I fixed the problem apparently there was more then 1 driver and I tried an other one and it worked.Kinda strange because the one that worked was actually older
