Odd file sharing problem

I'm setting up an office server for my aunt, in her accounting office. There's 3 machines, one as the "server" with more ram and HDD space. All three are on the same network name, and can see eachother fine. All firewalls are set up properly, and even temporarily disabled when I still have my problem. Read only is unchecked, and allow users to modify my files is checked. So computer one can copy and paste to 3 and vice versa, however, whenever one pastes/copies a file to computer two, I get the "File Copy Error: Access is Denied" error message. I'm at a loss as to why it's this machine only, and it's the proper shared docs folder. Any suggestions? All systems are running Xp Pro.

What you could do is create a folder or partition on the faster pc and map a network drive on all the other PC's to that drive. That way you dont have to worry about which pc is which pc, just that it is on a common drive. Files for the company which need to be accessible can be placed there.

Thanks, I'll try it tomorrow when I go back in and let you know.
