what does everybody think about me getting this motherboard

i will be running everything in my sig besides the motherboard and the CPU
CPU is now Q6600

ill be running vista ultimate, possible SLI in the future and some light over clocking.

some feed back would be nice as i dont want to be spending this kind of money if its not worth it. so im open to any other suggestions (give reasons)

I don't know alot about the XFX boards so I'd personally go with the Evga A1 or T1 , or even Asus sli board . I have the P5N32-E sli and it works great. It will also support the new 45nm quads coming out in Jan. 08.
