I need help.

We have a laptop here that will not allow the install of any programs, such as windows live messenger, firefox, adobe reader...etc

It goes to the various menus where you click 'run' or 'save' and no matter which you choose..the install stops right away and throws up the error ...not a valid win/32 extention..

never seen this before....help!!

Computer is running a fresh install of Win7 pro x64.

thanx

Strange. Why would it say Win32 when you are obviously running 64-bit? Just did a quick google search and i didn't get anything related.
