No wireless connection on laptop with windows xp?

I have searched and have not found the answer to fix my problem so i figured I would ask here. I have a 4 year old laptop that has always worked with a ethernet connection or wireless connection until recently. I did a factory restore and now dont think I have the drivers installed for a internet connection ,either wireless or land line. I believe that I need a installation CD that I dont have to get the items installed that have been unistalled. I have been trying to do this over on my other pc and downloaded to a flash drive to install on the laptop but dont really know if this is even what needs to be done since its not working:confused:
 
Best bet is to go to the laptop's mfr's website and download the drivers for the LAN and the wireless onto a thumb drive, them install them from there.
