no sound help!!!

i think i deleted some thing on my control panel that killed my sound, what can i do to fix?

Look in device manager to see if there are any devices that require a driver installed. What brand and model of computer is this?

I actually use Driver Genius Professional Edition to look for driver updates and it is pretty good! but device manager is fine too.
