No sound from speakers.

Hi

I am unable to get any sounds from speakers, do not have seperate sound card installed. When I look up sound and audio device via control panel tells me none installed.
Under device manager I have a ? on other devices. Figured this may be where it's trying to find them?

I am running XP, please assist I am not very good with this. thanks.

Try to re install the driver. Since you mentioned you don't have a separate sound card, you can get your onboard sound card driver through the motherboard manufacturer's website.
