No network adapters

I reset the CMOS due to a failed OC attempt, and now none of my 3 netwrok adapters are being picked up. Well, i say none, the onboard nvidia one, sort of is, but when i connect my modem to it it comes up with an ip of 128.0.0.1 instead of what its supposed to be. But like i said, effectively, none of my adapters are being picked up. Theres 2 intergrated and one pci.
This has happened before a few months ago, and i dont rememeber how i fixed the problem. Ive looked in bios and cant see anything other then disabling the nvidia adapter, which tales away the only half working one i have.
The thing is when i boot into safe mode and look in device manager , i can see the packet schedulers for all my network adapters but i cant uninstalll them because "they're required to boot the computer".

Any help would be appreciated guys, cheers.

Try uninstalling and installing new drivers?
Well, i formatted, thinking it was a software/driver issue, but now i still only get the Nvidia Network card. But its working fully, its just that i need the others for my network and xbox.

Try pulling them from there slot, restart the computer... turn it off and replace them in the slots... Maybe it will see them with a change.

Well, i can only pull one because the 2 others are intergrated. Ive tried it without a pci card, and ive tried it with a different pci netowkr card. Still no change.

Ive sent a message to MSI asking for help to, but for now, im gonna borrow a hub from a friend, so that should od for now.
