No IP address from my DHCP server

I have a problem connecting my laptop with a Linksys Wireless Router.
It is set to obtain an automatic IP address (like the other computers connected to the router without any problems), in fact all of the settings are exactly the same, but my laptop has the wrong IP address (196.254.... instead 192.168.1.102) and subnet mask, also none default gateway (these fields are different when compared to other laptop which works perfectly).
I actually do connect but cant really browse (in the field activity, there is a number in sent packets, but 0 in received packets).

I am really lost here and have no idea how to fix this.

I would really appreciate some help on this matter, it is driving me crazy -
thanks in advance

Yes, when I installed router, I created 4 Wep keys and I entered one of them here...

please, help!

Right click my network places and select properties.
Right click the lan or high speed connection, select properties.
Right click tcp/ip and select the properties. In the ip and subnet area make sure it is obtained and not filled in.

Was that filled in?

Everything is set to: obtain automatically.
I really dont know where should be the problem...

Perhaps I must uninstall and newly install wireless card? Will this help my problem?
