News and weather feeds application

Hey guys,
So I have a secondary computer hooked up to a monitor on the wall and I want it to stream news feeds, show the clock and the weather...any other features would just be a plus. Anyone know of any programs or screensaver that would do this?

Doesn't Windows 7 come with some gadgets for that?

edit: Vista does as well. For XP, there's a way to install the Vista sidebar:
