OMG im so sorry to hear that that is very strange but the funny part is the bribes they keep trying to give you wow i just cant believe it hope you get what you payed for and good luck i will keep an eye on all my newegg packages from now on thanks for the heads up
Yeah I believe that NEWegg is a good company I just dont understand why these agents dont have a legit answer to this question but at the same time it seemed like they were prepared for this type of thing.
It could be that if you do get a defective item, you dont ship it back to where it came from so they just started putting the RMA warehouse address on the return address label. But the people at customer service didnt know this so they just give you some kind of ramdom/stupid answer.
Ok so everything has been taken care of. They just called me and they were really really helpful. The rep actually knew about the process and explained that a lot of new items are actually kept at the RMA warehouse because often people refuse to take items and they are sent there. He was really nice and apologetic. I get some money off my next purchase because of all the DOA and they explained they have no control over that because they cant test the items after they get them from the manufacturer. I will definetly be buying from newegg again.
