As John said, it's 800MHz.
Intel have these ARK pages which are really useful and basically tell you everything you need to know about the processor in question. Here's the ARK page for the Core 2 Duo T8100 http://ark.intel.com/products/33916/Intel-Core2-Duo-Processor-T8100-3M-Cache-2_10-GHz-800-MHz-FSB you can see it says 800MHz FSB.

Well it runs at 2100mhz. It has a 10.5 multiplier. Do the math. Its really 200mhz quad pumped.
