New Upgraded Computer - Need Help!

I can't seem to hear any sound from my speakers. They are connected to the power supply and they are also connected to the CPU. I don't know what is the sound card and anything related to it. Please help me out! :-(

Right click "My Computer" on your Desktop, and go to properties. Under properties, click on "Hardware", and the click on "Device Manager."

Do you see any red "X" or an exclamation on anything in that list?
