Hey there - its christmas time and im getting my first decent gaming PC
BUT i need help - i've asked my friend is there a reason that the PC i am looking at is so cheap(we've been over that there is no OS of course)
but he said it was a pretty decent PC for the price and im just wondering why it is so cheap?

but yea im not that big on the hardware and whatnot so if you guys see any flaws in those PC's warn me and also which one you would suggest <3

Cheap parts as in case, power supply. You won't be playing any high end games with either video card. Anything more than 8 or 16gb of ram is overkill. Stay clear I say.

The FX*3** series is the newest. The FX*1** series is less than optimal, and an older generation. Kind of like Ivy vs Sandy.

Doesn't matter, its still not old technology. I consider AM3 old technology. Any AM3+ cpu is not old technology.

Nope

The reason its cheap.

Has a Gigabyte board, but its a lowerend board with a 3 generation old chipset.

They have overclocked the CPU and dont say if it still has the stock heatsink.

No name harddrive.

Lowend video card.

Has a no name 450W power supply. Probably a piece of junk.

Have you considered building one on your own?
