New computer won't boot

Ok ive just built the new computer:

Sabertooth z77
i7 3770k
Corsair 1600mhz ddr3

For some reason, I can only get the system to post if I unplug the power until the green light on the mobo goes out, then plug it back in. If I then turn it off and try to turn it back on, it won't turn on again. Any ideas please?

Possibly a short or bad power supply. What psu are you using?

i think i got it, i think the bios reset button on the back was stuck in reset. Every component in this build is my gaming rig in my sig and it was all working yesterday. All ive changed is the mobo, cpu and ram.
