New Case or new Powersupply??

Im in a little bit of a pickle....

My case temps are hot..... I have added many fans and rearranged fan's directions to improve airflow, but nothing seems to work. I was debating whether ir not to get a new case. But then, it dawned on me. My wires in my case are a mess. Then I was consitering getting a new powersupply (modular).

What do you guys think I should do?

what are your temps? and like kusama said cable sleeving is the way to go. you might also want to change the HSF for the cpu and video card that might help
 
My case temps are really high. 40*C sometimes when im gaming. Im going to rewire my case now, and ill update when im done

I have a little dongle on my case the reads the temp. It is displayed on a little LCD on the front of my case. I have the dongle placed in the middle of the case.
