i have 2 computer 1 printer and a scanner which i want to network all toghether
what hardware and software do i need thanks
 
You have two main routes that you can go, wireless and wired.

The wired way would be much easier, simply get a crossover cable and run it from one computer to another, and then enable file/print sharing on the computer with the printer. Or if you also want to share internet, get a router and hook them both up via that.

Or you could buy a wireless router, and have the 2nd PC hooked up wirelessly.
