Networking Two Computers

Is it possible to connect two computers together wirelessly? Both computers currently are connected to a router which transmits the internet to them. As they only communicate with the router I didn't think it was possible as there was no link between them. Is there any way to link up any two computers wirelessly so they can share files etc. ?

Ya the router is linking them together there just isnt a physical link. Go to network places, then set up a wireless network. Have fun
