After going thru the setup procedure ie.control panel>network connections>setup home or small office network>to the setup wizard, I selected the 'this computer connects directly to the Internet. The other computers on my network connect to the Internet through this computer.'
I continue thru the steps to name my computer, workgroup etc....when it starts searching it gives me the following error message: 'An error occurred during the configuration of the network on this computer'. Click on 'finish' to complete the Wizard.
I've set this up before, however, this is a new computer and everything has to be setup over again.
I have a Linksys Wireless Router WRT554G (my computer is connected to this).
I've got a wireless card in another desktop, and wireless built-in to a laptop. Currently everyone has access to the Internet thru the router. I would like to set up filesharing as well as access to the printer my computer is attached to.
Any ideas.
