Networking gone

A while back my wireless card freaked out and I had to uninstall it. In the process of uninstalling it, windows networking decided to uninstall itself. When I reinstalled my driver, it did not come back. I have tried uninstalling all networking devices as per suggestion of one of my friends. I still don't have windows networking. This is causing stupid problems with people trying to connect to my computer, network drives, and remote desktop. I can get into my computer via IP, but not computer name. Does anyone know of a way to fix this other than reformating?

Well first off i don't think it's possible to removie networking from Windows, i'd suggest uninstalling all of the drivers for your network adapters, then reinstalling them. After that go under your network connections and check that your IP settings are correct, also check that your computer name is correct.

Well you are incorrect. I have already done what you just said, if you would actually read my post you would know that. My computer name is set, but it is only set localy, for my computer. Since my computer doesn't have networking, I cannot send a name other than an IP. Here is a few screenshots proving my non existant networking.

Notice that I am unable to select the network Id box.
