Networking and Internet Conn. Sharing

Hello Everone

I have got to connect 3 computers and one of them is connected to a USB ADSL modem. the basic reason to connect all these computers is to share the internet conection and file and print sharing. the 3 PC's are connected through a 8 port switch.
Lets call the computer with the USB ADSL modem connection as A which is running on winxp home.
The second computer as B which is running on win XPhome too and the 3rd computer as C which is running on Winxp Pro.
PC A is configured as ip 192.168.0.1 sub mask 255.255.255.0 for the Local Area connection. and has the ip from the ISP provider for the Intenet connecton.
other 2 pcs are configured to ip 192.168.0.2 and 3 and the default gateway is set as the ip of the PC A i.e 192.168.0.1. all PCs have the same subnet mask.
Now the PC's B and C can ping each other without any problem even though the firewall is enabled. but none of them can ping to PC A. where as the PC A can ping to PC B and C. Makes no difference if the firewall is enabled or disabled.
dont have to mention that hence i cannot connect to the internet from B or C
Pretty confusing is'nt it, would appreciate if anybody could help.

Thanks in advance

make sure that the satellite computers (not connected to modem) are set to use the connected computer as a gateway... this is neccesary for the other computer to look to the connected computer as their access point to the modem. otherwise the outside computers will have no idea where to look to get to the internet! give it a try, this may not be all that you are lookin for but let me know if that helps.

Thanks for you reply, i have entered the ip address of the internet connected computer as the default gateway on the the satellite computers, if thats what you mean then still does not work, note that the default gateway on the connected computer is left blank.. not sure if that makes any difference.
Pls suggest
