Network OK Internet down

Our broadband supplier blocked us and another company in our building on Friday because they thought we had a virus due to a lot of traffic. They put us back online Yesterday and all the computers (5 pcs and 1 Mac) are now working except my PC.

It can communicate with the other computers on the network sharing files, printing etc but I cannot get any external connection through either IE, Firefox, MSN Messenger, Ping or Outlook.

Anybody got any ideas on what I should try to troubleshoot the problem as I know very little about networking.

Thanks

hmm check to make sure that you internet connection is obtaining a ip address from the dchp, it could be that you trying to force an network ip that has already been allocated to a different machine.
Run an ipconfig /all commands and note what you gateway is set at. Compare this to other machines. Also note if your assigned ip is from autoconfiguration or not

DCHP is assigning all the ip addresses and I have just confirmed that on mine. I also checked the subnet mask, DNS Servers etc and they are all identical except the ip address and physical address.

i pinged my ip address and got the response; request timeout. I also pinged my dns and gateway and the message was; destination net unreachable. what does that mean and waht can i do
