network cutting out frequently

hi all i have 3 comps in house with 1 router , adsl router , and 2 pci cards until recently , both comps with pci cards keep on cutting out and coming back on , every 1/2 hour or so , keep on rebootng , router, and adsl router , the signal is reasonably good , err now it like every 5 mins or so it cuts out then comes on again
the equipment is
d link adal router
origo broadband 4 port router with 9 dbi antenna
both comps have d link pci cards 108 extreme , and with 9bi antennas
had the equipment just over 1 year worked fine until last week
any help
please
 
Look for signal interference... cell phone, home wireless phone, bluetooth headset... even a wireless mouse/keyboard can affect it. What do they have in common?
