Network card identification

I have on my desk a NIC with no brand markings on the card, the main chip has a crab logo and RTL8139D 32208s1 316E Taiwan on it. What brand is this and is it a good NIC? I took it out of a 2001 computer with celeron 733.

It looks like that, yeah. I guess it's not so good, being $4.

well you can go get yourself a new driver and see how it works they all do the same thing
