Need recommendations!!!!!

I wanna buy a new cpu..
Parts which i wanna buy
1.intel quad core
2.4gb ddr3
3.Motherboard
4.A good nvidia graphics card
5.Power supply(if needed for new graphics card)

My budget is 500-550$
I dont know much about graphics card and which are the best ones.
Can i get the above parts for my budget?
If not please suggest alternative.
I would prefer Nvidia and intel.

I think you can better go for either 3Gb or 6Gb of DDR3 RAM, since they work in tripple channel, you can buy matched sets for that. (3 sticks of 1Gb or 3 sticks of 2Gb)
