Need new gaming headset

So my current headset is the edimensional audiofx pro 5+1. Ive damaged where the mic attatches to the headset, it still works, however its literally hanging by the wires and ive taped it on. So i plan to get a new gaming headset. Budget wont bother me (ill con my gf into getting these for me for my bday). I would prefer a USB headset that has 5.1 surround sound. The current headsets ive looked into so far are these:

Plantronics GameCom 777
Sennheiser PC350
Razer megalodon

And of course any added suggestions would be great

Also i would like something thats better than my damanged pair i currently own (i thought my headset was wonderful)

Any responses would be much appreciated.
 
id recommend getting a pair of audio technica ad700s with a clip on zalman mic its great and not as expensive as your other choices
just saying a 5.1 headset doesn't mean its going to be better
