Need help with home network

This will pretty mutch explain it all:
This is the look from my computer and what happens when i click on the other computer

This is the look from the computer that gives the error when its clicked on. All you see its its own computer and not the other one, and it oppens perfectly when i click on it

are you sure both computer are linked and allowed on a home network?

Go on the other computer and try to get on your computer, does it give you the same thing?

Change the network permissions

My network is connected like this( srry for my spelling, im in a hurry)

Go on the other computer and try to get on your computer, does it give you the same thing?

If I go on the computer that shows both computer (the computer marc) and I try to click on the computer im on(marc) it works. how do you change the access permission?

Start > control panel > Network connections(find that, i have mine in classic view and i don't know to get back lol) >new connection wizard>then follow instructions
