Need help on how to make all sound come out of one speaker

My right speaker is busted, only my left speaker works. On my dual boot Windows XP, I could move all of my sound to my left speaker, but on Windows 7, I see no way to do this.

Is there a way to do it on Windows 7? Or maybe a program is needed to intercept the sound to make it go to the left speaker?
 
3.5mm Stereo Plug to 3.5mm Mono Jack Adapter.

Adapter plugs into Computer Sound jack.
You Plug your one speaker into the adapter.

A little late on the reply since this is almost a month old. But wouldn't it be easier to get a new set of speakers?
