There are several free programs out there like PCWizard or SpeedFan which can tell you your current rail voltages though, such as your CPU and 12 volt. But its actually impossible to tell what the current wattage your pc is pulling through the wall with software. You would need something like this (on sale!) with promo EMCLVMT24.

Yep programs are a dud however here is a PC add-on you might be interested in.

Kornowski uses one and I thought about getting one if it ever drops below $30
