First of all Hi, I'm new and sorry if this is in the wrong section >.<

I recently built myself a computer.. so practically everything is new.
Asus P5Q SE/R mobo
Coolermaster extreme power duo 600w Psu
Intel core duo E7400 processor
Asus EN9600gt video card
Seagate 500gb hdd
Lg dvd burner
Asus 22" LCD

I also have a Asus 7600 video card which i've tested..

My problem is that when i turn it on everything works all the lights and fans are working and the screen reacts but it doesnt display anything.. It kind of lights up but thats all.

I've tried another monitor but the same thing happened..

Any suggestions?

It's probably your graphic adapter.
Remove it and try the onboard Dsiplay (always a trustful source to diagnose problem)
If it works, check the BIOS if the PCIE slot hasn't been disabled.
IF your onboard doesn't work either, try checking your rams

I dont know what you mean by onboard graphics unless you mean an inbuilt video card... but i dont have one of those and im not sure what you mean by graphic adapter unless you mean something i'd change in the computers settings...
:(

i really arent as caomputer literate as i thought..

also i cant use bios because i cant see it lol.. and the ram is working fine.. infact since i put the new ram in it went from the screen not reacting at all and saying no signal before turning off to the screen just being on and not showing any picture...

yes i meant Onboard graphics, hmmm.
Well you said it yourself, new ram = problem, check compatibility with your motherboard mate, not all boards accept just any rams.
You manage to build a computer, yet you are computer-illiterate ? :o

That's a ram issue man am sure, you need to use DDR 1200
