there's a lot more to it than just the specs. i've got aftermarket cooling on both cpu and gpu. and it comes with windows vista installed on it. so yea.
oh and a fan controller with all blue LEDs. and a really nice thermaltake case.

it's really a reliable computer.

without monitor id say 700ish (depending on what PSU) is the combine cost of the parts new.
Though dunno what PSU your using.
