The following you will see is probably going to be horrible, most likely not compatible and doesn't fit in the case.

I want to make a pc to run games like mw3, bf3 on max graphics.

I'd get a Gigabyte motherboard over an Intel. Probably a GA-Z77X-UD3H.

You had two HDDs? I'd get one HDD and one SSD. For the SSD you could get a SanDisk Extreme, they're pretty fast.

You're GPU is OK but I think you could get something better for much the same price. You might be able to pick up a cheap AMD 5870 or 6870 somewhere which would be better than a 550 Ti.

You should also buy an aftermarket CPU cooler (not stock), and overlclock your CPU.
