Hey guys!
Can you recommend me a music player.
I dont like windows media player for music.
And i am bored of iTunes.
I want something which will auto update the libary when a song is added to my music folder.

i really like winamp.. been using it for over a decade

it has a free lite version which works very well, but you can also get bundles which includes more stuff.. i never felt like i needed it, so i've always just used the lite one

The free version is called "Full" and the version they charge for (20 bucks) is called "Pro". not sure what extra stuff is included in the pro, but as i said - nothing i've ever felt like i needed
 
sonic stage is pretty good too. There aren't any more updates for it but it works perfectly.

It is the player that was for the Sony Walkman's but it didn't take off even though it is pretty good. And yes, it does auto-add your music.

I think winamp also auto-adds your music and has loads of options, and it is also a very good video and audio converter
 
Winamp has a "monitor folder" option in the preferences. Not sure where it is, haven't used it in a while but I know it is there. I believe it updates when it is launched and then updates periodically (every 10 minutes or something like that).
