personally i think its a bad idea to mention that you overclocked the card.

Well, the auction might go for less but to not mention it would be dishonest.

EDIT:
Just noticed that it's "factory overclocked", which I think would be a plus rather than diminish the value. This means that the card is overclocked to standard approved by the manufacturer which would not void the warranty. Nothing wrong with that.
