Mozilla's Firefox 3.6 will take advantage of accelerometers.

because of in built accelerometers firefox 3.6 will be able to detect wheather ur pc or laptop is in vertical or horizontal position.

And I don't really know of any laptops having accelerometers.

My Fujitsu had them. It was to detect if the laptop was falling, knocked, whatever... Kind of annoying though. You moved it much at all and it'd freak out. Or you'd have to recalibrate it if you used it in your lap and it wasn't sitting perfectly flat.

To be quite honest, when I use my laptop, its usually on my lap, and I move a lot, so it would be a complete pain in the (rude word) unless there was a way to disable it!

Oh you could. I actually ended up not even installing the software for it later on.

Firefox has been sloppy every version after 2.0

I hate the new fullscreen, it glitches whenever i use it. as in the buttons are there (like back, minimise etc) but they are in the wrong spot and don't work.
Also, the new clear history thing sucks.

Honestly, someone needs to tell the developers of firefox that If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
