Moving Lyrics

Hi, i was wondering if anyone knows what it's called when you make a video where the Lyrics move like in Cee Lo Green's F*ck you! (lyrical version) and maybe someone can show/make me a guide for it.
 
I'm not sure there is a program out there specifically for that. Most are made using special text or animation effects from a video editing program like Windows Movie Maker or Adobe Premier/After Effects.
 
Look for a proggy called ProPresenter. think this will do it. Might even be able to do with powerpoint.
 
I think I saw a program called Powertab(s) or something like that. You might wanna check it out.

EDIT: I'm sorry. I misunderstood your post. It's called Kinetic/Animated Typography. Here's a tutorial I found.
